1) BREAST FEEDING

The best and most comfortable way to lose weight after child birth is to breastfeed. Mother Nature gives you an easy out! 2) CUT PORTIONS, EAT RIGHT AND EAT OFTEN

Eat as much fruits and vegetables as you want, but no more eating for two. Reduce your portions but don’t cut back to tiny diet portions either. Your body and your baby need good nutrition. You still need to heal so eat fruits and vegetables, and try to stay off, sodas and sweets, particularly chocolate (if one is breastfeeding, particularly, since the caffeine isn’t good for the baby.) Eat lean meat, fish would be better. Keep healthy snacks convenient. Eating five or six small meals or snacks during the day are better for you than 2 or 3 big meals because we don’t want your body to think it is dieting / starving and storing fat. 3) DRINK WATER, LOTS OF WATER

Drink water. Drink at the least, 10 glasses of water for each day. It cuts down unneeded calories from the diet and is the most salubrious (healthy) drink choices there is.

4) EXERCISE (START SLOWLY)

Slowly start working out, always stretch and warm up first! Remember to check with your Doc before working out. When you begin working out, start slowly, and stop if you feel any pain or undue discomfort. If you are breastfeeding, one may want to work out after feeding: the breasts will be less full and it will be more comfortable.
